We are located next to the RENFE Train Station, the Bus Station, and TABAKALERA; and just 10 minutes from the Cathedral, the city center, Zurriola beach, and the Kursaal Convention Center.
We are located outside the Low Emission Zone of our city, so you will have no problem accessing our facilities by car. We also have collaboration agreements with the modern Parking Estación – located beneath the Train and Bus Stations – and with Parking Atotxa, both very close to us. We offer a special discount for our guests.
The RENFE International Train Station and the Bus Station are only a 2-minute walk away.
Buses from the airports arrive at this same station. From reception, we can arrange private pick-ups and drop-offs at the different airports.
Buses from the airports of Bilbao and Donostia-San Sebastián arrive at this station. If needed, private transportation can be arranged from reception for airport pick-ups and transfers.
